Why am I not seeing any data in the portal and does my vehicle need to be connected?
Our Connected Fleet Policy allows fleets to view their Safety Insights page so long as the vehicles are connected. Live data from these devices is surfaced in the portal once the vehicles are connected. Without vehicles connected, there is no ability to view any insights. The more vehicles connected, the more data available about the fleet. Please get in touch with your insurance broker, or your assigned Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Flock if you work with us directly, to investigate if you’re having any issues.
