The final rebate calculation occurs in the 13th month, ensuring all data is accounted for. The credit note will be paid within 14 days of this calculation. You must renew with Flock to unlock this rebate.
Version 1 (applicable for policies incepted between June 2022 - February 2024):
Throughout the policy period, you’ll be able to monitor and track your accumulated rebates using the Flock Portal.
Your rebate is calculated at the end of your policy period and is calculated at month 12 if you renew with Flock.
Rebates are paid directly into your account via either BACs or our payment processor GoCardless.
