Safety Insights rely on your vehicle telematics to create an accurate picture of every trip your drivers take. Occasionally devices can become disconnected or report trips inaccurately. When this happens you may see data on your Safety Insights dashboard that doesn’t make sense.
If this happens, please reach out to your insurance broker, or your assigned Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Flock if you work with us directly, and we will be able to help validate what you’re seeing and ensure any bugs are fixed.
