How do I make a complaint?

At Flock, we strive to maintain the highest level of service at all times. If you have concerns about our service, please contact us immediately through our web chat or by emailing complaints@flockcover.com.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may be entitled to escalate your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service. They can be reached by telephone at 0800 0 234 567, or you can find more information on their website at www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk. Referring a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service does not affect your legal rights.

Should you lodge a complaint that we cannot resolve informally, we will provide you with a summary of our complaints handling procedures. This summary is also available upon request at any time.
