If your policy hasn't started, you can easily cancel it in the app up to 15 minutes before it goes live. It only takes a tap of a button and you can see how to do it here.
If you bought a policy by mistake and the policy has already started, it is important that you contact us via email, phone (01234 480260) or on the in-app chat as soon as possible.
If the policy started less than 10 minutes before you made contact with us, this is within our grace period and we can grant a cancellation and refund.
If the policy started more than 10 minutes before you contacted us, we cannot cancel the policy or offer a refund due to insurance regulation.
Please note this only applies to policies purchased in error.
