Yes, we know how things crop up so any planned flights can be easily cancelled. 

You can cancel your policy via our Flock Cover website no phone conversations required! (However, if you would like our support, feel free to get in touch) 

All you need to do is:

Hourly Policies

  1. Login to your account via the Flock Cover website.
  2. Tap on 'Your Policies' via the main menu (☰ top left-hand screen) 
  3. Tap on the flight that you want to cancel* in the 'Active Policies' section
  4. Press the 'cancel' button at the bottom of the screen (up to 15 mins before flight starts)
  5. Your payment will be automatically refunded to the card you originally paid with. 


Monthly Policies

  1. Login to your account via the Flock Cover website. 
  2. Tap on 'Your Policies' via the main menu (☰ top left-hand screen)
  3. Tap on the flight that you want to cancel* in the 'Active Policies' section
  4.  From there, you can press the 'Cancel subscription' button
  5. Once cancelled, your policy will be valid until its expiry date.

If you bought a monthly policy by mistake and the policy has already started, it is important that you contact us via in-app chat within 24 hours of your policy starting as this is within our grace period and we can grant cancellation and refund.
