The pay-as-you-fly drone insurance is provided by Allianz and will be governed by Allianz's policy terms which can be accessed here. The App only acts as a distributor of Allianz's insurance policies and any insurance policy is between you and Allianz (and not you and us).

Information about us
We are Flock Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (registration number: 09503380) ("Flock", "us", "we" or "our"). Our registered address is Geovation Hub, 1 Sekforde Street, London EC1R OBE. Our VAT number is 227 9017 05.
Your use of the App
The App is made available free of charge.
You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the App.
Any data provided through the App is advisory only and you are responsible for complying with any laws, regulations and codes that apply to you as a drone operator.
You may only use the App for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose, or in a way which infringes the rights of anyone else or restricts or inhibits anyone else's use or enjoyment of the App.
- Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, alter or otherwise tamper with any software (including source code), databases and other technology that forms part of the App (or authorise, encourage or assist any other person to do so).
- Knowingly transmit any data that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful programme or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware.
- Penetrate or attempt to penetrate the App's security measures.
Your access to the App
We do not guarantee that the App, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted (and we may in limited circumstances decide to withdraw or supersede it).
Where possible, we will give you notice of our intention to do so, and give you an opportunity to appeal.
If the App is unavailable to you for whatever reason, it is your responsibility to ensure that any insurance you have attempted to purchase through the App is properly activated and valid at the time you use your drone.
Updates and upgrades
From time to time, we may need to deploy or provide patches, updates, upgrades, additional content or other modifications to the App (for example to enhance how it works, add or, remove features, resolve software bugs or to address security concerns).
Such updates and upgrades may result in the App being temporarily unavailable. In certain circumstances, we may need to suspend, withdraw or disable the App while we deploy these updates and upgrades.
We will take reasonable measures to minimise the impact of any updates and upgrades on your use of the App, and where possible give you advanced notice of any updates and upgrades which may impact your use of the App.
Your account and password
In order to use the App, you will need to register for a Flock account, or to sign in to your existing Flock account.If you are registering for an account, you confirm that all information and details you provide to us are true, accurate and up to date. You must keep your Flock account password confidential.You must not disclose your password to any third party.
If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your password, you must promptly change your password and notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Intellectual Property Rights
We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in the App, and in all data, material and content published on it.Details of some of the third party software and licences used to develop and provide this App are available on our online App Licences page.
The mapping and whether information services provided by the App are advisory only. We make no promises that your use of the mapping or whether information services provided by the App are confirmation that you can fly a drone in those areas or that the weather conditions ensure that it is safe to fly a drone in those areas. We will not be liable to you for any losses or damages suffered by you resulting from your use of, or reliance on, the mapping or whether information services provided by the App. It is your responsibility to ensure that you check the weather conditions and the location at the time you operate your drone.
We are not a party to, and have no liability to you under, or arising out of or in respect of, the insurance policy you have in place with Allianz. You agree not to involve us in any dispute you may have in respect of any insurance policy.
We make no statement that any data, materials or content made available on the App are accurate, complete or up-to-date (including the mapping services. We are not responsible for any data, materials or content which are made available on the App by third parties. However, we will always use reasonable skill and care when making data, materials or content available (or allowing it to be made available).
While we take reasonable precautions to prevent the existence of computer viruses and/or other malicious programs in the App, we cannot guarantee that there will not be any.
The App is not directed at children. If you are a child, please do not use or attempt to register to use the App.
