Yes, all of Flock's pay-as-you-fly policies are EC785/2004 compliant.
What does that mean?
The CAA states that commercial drone operators need to obtain insurance that meets the requirements detailed in EC Regulation 785/2004. This includes cover for: acts of war, terrorism, hijacking, acts of sabotage, unlawful seizure of aircraft and civil commotion.
It also requires that commercial drone operators carry third-party liability insurance at the time of flight. The Flock Cover app offers you flexibility as you can customise your liability limits from £1-10M on a per flight basis.
